i’m going to have to shut this site down in a few days until i find a new web provider. it shouldn’t take long.

to those of you who follow this site - all two or three of you - i apologize for being lax in my posting duties. i have much to discuss, even though i can’t do it today. a lot has happened in the last few weeks - the state of the union, the iowa caucuses, the chiefs’ season ending, the royals signing juan gonzalez (which would you rather spend your money on - an overweight outfielder who can hit but can’t stay healthy, or save up for a payday for a superstar centerfielder named carlos beltran).

this is all regardless of anything that may happen soon that will excite me (or draw my ire).

i do so love this site.

it’s belated, but i only just found out, being hundreds of miles away from anything.

my friend vidyaranya (”bobby”) nanduri died november 7, 2003 of complications from leukemia. he was 27.
