evolution

my website traffic has spiked lately. i wish i could say that it was due to the brilliance of my writing, but i can’t. i think that some traffic is being pointed here through my fellow grad student vidyaranya “bobby” nanduri. unfortunately, i have not heard any updates about his health. however, those of you looking for information about him might be pleased to know that i did see him - i was sitting in class, and i saw him walking quite briskly out of the office and down the hall, the ever-present grin on his face. if that is any indication of his health, then things are looking better indeed.

update: i just checked up at his website and discovered that in fact vidya needs a bone marrow transplant, so my hopes above were misplaced, at least for now.
