i was reminded of this fact in a very dramatic fashion today - the fact that we never really know any of the people we see everyday. i don’t want to reprise the details here, because this person has (hopefully) paid a high enough price already.

i spent the rest of the day doing homework and collecting study materials for the gre general and math exams. i take the math exam december 14, and i’m not sure when i am taking the general test.
