Since I got my iPhone**, I can’t even begin to imagine the purpose of satellite radio. I can walk around Philly and listen to great stations in Seattle or, yes, Lawrence or wherever. For free!*
*I mean, yeah, I’m paying the data plan. But I’d be doing that for phone service anyway.
**Possible I’m becoming a douchebag.

Big difference: My cell phone plan and Sirius subscription – together – are 50 bucks a month. Yours has to be over $100. Yours has the sole advantage of being somewhat more portable.
Furthermore, it is my position that any terrestrial radio station, whether they broadcast on the Internet or not, which does not carry Bob and Tom sucks too much to listen to.
