bush vetoes stem-cell bill (UPDATED: now with taco-flavored vomit)

He thought there was a “moral boundary” he couldn’t cross. He doesn’t mind crossing the boundary between the government and your wallet — which hardly seems to exist anymore — having passed up the chance to veto any of the hundreds of pork-laden crap bills that have crossed his desk.

Sigh.

UPDATE: I retract that “sigh” and substitute it with a dry heave.

  1. I would say the drive heave is proportionate response..ya don’t want to waste any food on his version of morality.

  2. Seriously. I saw this story right after the House’s “protecting” the “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance. It’s too bad that I had tacos for dinner, because let me tell you, they didn’t taste so good the second time.

I hate this s**t. It’s about people with power trying to hang on to it as possible.
