Courtesy of LGF, a video of North Korean bodyguards for Kim Jong-Il training; it looks like a cross between a shitty Chuck Norris movie and what an episode of “Most Extreme Elimination Challenge” on the Spike Network must look like to someone on acid.

Note about halfway through the video when one of the trainees wields a shovel like a spear and throws it at another trainee’s chest from a distance of about ten feet.
