If President Bush ever wonders, in his retirement and old age, when I officially gave up on him and the Republican Party, it’s today.
I really am mad as hell about this immigration situation. I don’t like the positions it’s put me in.
As I look at all this from yesterday and today, I think the White House should be cleaned out, and each of Congress’s 535 members expelled in disgrace.
Today’s the day — the day when I started to question whether or not we can even govern ourselves at all.

Last night I had proposed 535 firing squads, but I’ve had a good night’s sleep since then, so I’ve calmed down. I’m afraid we’ll have to wait until Election Day.
