Are you worried about my previous posts or the posts other people made? Like I say, this isn't a partisan thing, and no one but you will control what you write or encourage people to write. I want a discussion, not propaganda, and I specifically want it to be non-partisan and from the roots. For me, it's all about that whole "separation of powers" thing, plus the "checks and balances." It started out as a muddle, but this really cuts to core principles. What should the 4th amendment protect, how much power does the President have, how can Congress regulate the executive?
