Like I say, this isn&#039;t a partisan thing, and no one but you will control what you write or encourage people to write.  I want a discussion, not propaganda, and I specifically want it to be non-partisan and from the roots.

For me, it&#039;s all about that whole &quot;separation of powers&quot; thing, plus the &quot;checks and balances.&quot;  It started out as a muddle, but this really cuts to core principles.  What should the 4th amendment protect, how much power does the President have, how can Congress regulate the executive?  Key questions that deserve a thoughtful debate.</description>
