Some American public universities have felt it necessary to curtail the speech and protests of their students — in some cases, designating tiny “speech zones” where such activities are permissible; and in others, instituting Orwellian “speech codes” to guard against politically-correct notions of “offense”. Students who run afoul of these are often hauled before “review boards” and humiliated for their transgressions and quite possibly expelled from the university.

Seriously now, those people at Scalia’s appearance were snotty jerks; he dealt with them the best he could. It did not involve, however, the sort of whining that you referenced. She may be right about those people, but she’s almost like a liberal in that she’s completely insufferable.
