Perhaps this is the wrong time in history for you to be putting a logo celebrating the Chinese New Year on your site.

I’m not a public relations expert; I’m, y’know, just saying.

    What is it with this new phrase “I’m just saying”?

    I can’t quite classify it, but it works great on the wife when I don’t want to get stomped for having an opinion.

    That’s a really good question. It’s been a part of English idiom for as long as I can remember.
