bush picks scotus nominee

He is Justice John Roberts of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. I can’t say that I know that much about him.

I’m sure, though, that as the battle of the blow-dried bloviators begins, I will learn more about him than I ever cared to.

The Volokhans are all over it. And the incomparable Truth Laid Bear is tracking commentary on Roberts. Taking what I’ve read so far at face value, he seems like my kind of guy.
