It seems that the proposed European Union constitution is going down in flames in France; officials there are declaring it a lost cause, according to the London Times; it’s polling at 55% opposed there. In the Netherlands, it’s polling at 60% opposed.

And there’s some shocking photos of EU-constitution abuse! Somehow, I don’t think there will be any riots or death over it.
