		<description>With the Democratic party veering left, and elements of the Bush administration moving to the right (as evidenced by all of the &quot;indecency&quot; flaps of late), moderates on both sides are being squeezed out. Michael once wrote me that the answer may be a third political party made up of moderates from both sides. I think he may be right.

What I know is this: I have no loyalty to the GOP, but the Democratic Party, as represented by its current leadership and standard-bearers (Dean, Pelosi, and Kerry) is unacceptable to me.</description>
